Energy and Water Nexus Summit 2 – San Francisco, Sept 12, 2013

bay planning coalitionThe Bay Planning Coalition is continuing the conversation about Northern California’s water use and energy development in the follow-on to the very successful Summit held last September.  Nexus Summit 2 is an all day event that presents the complex and competing interests of producers and consumers of water and energy.    Focused on Northern California, the summit deals with policy, economic, regulatory, industry and utility concerns vital to all Californians.

“In order to maintain our vibrant economy and culture and attract new businesses and innovators, a reliable, accessible and affordable supply of water and energy must be available. The Energy and Water Nexus Summit 2 strives to bring diverse viewpoints and areas of expertise to the table to ask the tough questions about the future of water and energy in our region, state and country,” says John Coleman, Executive Director of the Bay Planning Coalition.
